- Customer Responsibilities: You are responsible for ensuring your own safety and behavior while on the tour. You must follow the instructions of guides and respect local customs and regulations.
- RTIS World Responsibilities: We will make all reasonable efforts to provide the services as outlined in the agreed itinerary. However, we do not guarantee that all advertised services will be available in every situation.
- Liability Limitation: RTIS World is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages, including but not limited to injury, loss of property, or additional expenses resulting from your participation in the tour. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the booked services.
